As a Full-stack Growth Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling a product-led growth strategy from the ground up. This position offers the opportunity to own the complete self-service customer journey, from onboarding and activation to conversion and experimentation. As a Full-stack Growth Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling a product-led growth strategy from the ground up. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys moving between strategy and execution while creating systems that directly contribute to business growth.

Accountabilities:

    • Build and own the self-service customer experience end-to-end, including sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, activation paths, and conversion experiences.
    • Design and optimize trial experiences by defining product limits, usage models, and upgrade opportunities that balance user value with business goals.
    • Develop mechanisms to identify high-intent users and create stronger connections between self-serve growth and sales-led opportunities.
    • Improve the first-time user experience by helping new customers reach meaningful product value quickly and intuitively.
    • Apply user behavior frameworks and growth principles to improve activation, engagement, and retention throughout the product journey.
    • Establish and scale an experimentation culture by building the necessary infrastructure for events, attribution, cohort tracking, and measurement.
    • Design, execute, and analyze experiments using structured methodologies, including control groups, statistical validation, guardrails, and long-term impact measurement.
    • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to turn insights into impactful product improvements.
    • Act as the internal growth engineering expert, helping raise experimentation and product-led development practices across the organization.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience building production software systems with a strong focus on growth engineering, experimentation, or product-led growth.
      • Strong full-stack engineering skills with experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
      • Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, control groups, statistical significance, exposure tracking, and longitudinal analysis.
      • Proven experience building or owning PLG funnels covering sign-up, activation, conversion, and payment journeys.
      • Strong product analytics expertise with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Statsig, LaunchDarkly, or similar platforms.
      • Experience working in environments where experimentation and data-driven decision-making are core engineering practices.
      • Ability to balance quantitative insights with strong product intuition and customer empathy.
      • Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes, moving quickly from strategy to implementation, and operating with autonomy.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
      • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows and the ability to leverage emerging technologies responsibly.
      • Nice to have: experience integrating billing systems such as Stripe and understanding subscription management, upgrades, downgrades, and payment operations.
