You’ll build the connective tissue between our external growth (outbound, inbound, marketing) and internal success (sales, product, and forward-deployed engineering).You’ll automate how we find, qualify, and reach new users; identify how Linkup delivers value to users; and ensure those learnings flow back into our marketing, sales, and product loops.It’s a high-impact, high-ownership role — you’ll work directly with the founders to define how Linkup scales.What You’ll DoBuild scalable growth systems — from outbound automation to usage-based lead scoring and CRM enrichment.Design and maintain integrations across our GTM stack (Attio, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, internal APIs, etc.).Feed qualified leads to the sales and forward-deployed teams through automated workflows and analytics.Build automation that captures and structures signals from new users to drive conversion and engagement and support product specialists.
