Environmental Programs Specialist
Role responsibilities
This position provides environmental oversight to statutory programs to assure public health and safety. Responsibilities include investigating environmental complaints, conducting facility inspections, and providing technical assistance to citizens and municipalities.
Requirements
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with at least 30 semester hours in relevant sciences or engineering fields. Additionally, applicants must meet qualifications for a Registered Sanitarian and Environmental Specialist.
