Curious about how banks transform, innovate and respond to change?

Join Projective Group and start building a career in Financial Services consulting.

Projective Group partners with banks and financial institutions across the UK and Europe, helping them manage change, respond to regulatory challenges, improve operations, and deliver business transformation.

Our core values are Entrepreneurship, Pragmatism, and Selflessness, shaping how we work, collaborate, and support one another every day.

We’re known for being collaborative and supportive, and for giving graduates real responsibility early in their careers.

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for curious, motivated graduates to join our Graduate Programme and start their careers in consulting.

As a Graduate Financial Services Consultant, you'll receive structured and on-the-job training to build the consulting, analytical and stakeholder management skills needed to support leading financial services organisations. You'll gain exposure to transformation, data, payments, and risk & compliance projects, helping you understand where your strengths and interests could develop.

This programme is ideal for graduates interested in how business, technology and data come together to solve real-world challenges, rather than those looking for a purely technical software development role.

You'll begin with a structured induction designed to help you build confidence, understand our business, and start developing the skills you'll use on client projects. This is a London-based graduate programme combining structured training with real project experience.

What will you be doing? (We don’t expect you to be an expert yet!)
As a Graduate Financial Services Consultant, your typical engagements will include:
  • Supporting the delivery of consulting projects for banks and financial institutions across transformation, data, payments, and risk & compliance.
  • Working alongside clients and colleagues to understand business challenges and identify practical solutions.
  • Assisting with the gathering, analysis and interpretation of business and project information.
  • Supporting the development of project plans, documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Helping clients implement changes to processes, operating models and ways of working.
  • Contributing to projects involving data, technology-enabled change and emerging industry trends.
  • Assisting with project governance, reporting and progress tracking.
  • Developing core consulting skills, including communication, analysis, presentation and structured problem-solving.
  • Enjoying lots of fun and learning along the way.

What are we looking for?
  • A 2:1 degree (or above) in a subject such as Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics.
  • Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences.
  • Curiosity about how organisations operate and how change is successfully delivered.
  • An interest in how technology and data can support business outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in Financial Services and a desire to build a long-term career in consulting.

Ok, I’m interested; what can I expect?
  • Real responsibility from day one, with support from experienced consultants and leaders.
  • A flat, supportive structure with no unnecessary hierarchy or micromanagement.
  • Generous training budget, including the opportunity to achieve industry-recognised professional qualifications.
  • No unnecessary KPIs.
  • Strong benefits package, including healthcare, pension, bonus, phone, PC, and generous holiday.
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career.
  • We have a reputation for creating a working environment that encourages fun and creativity.
  • Amazing state-of-the-art office in the heart of London, overlooking the Thames, with two bars open each day.

Ok, I’m sold; what happens next?
We’d love to hear from you if you’re looking for an exciting consultancy role in a company that values curiosity, innovation and continuous learning.

This is your opportunity to join a consultancy where you'll learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and build a career in Financial Services consulting.
