Mission:
Performed at San Jose and under the responsibility of the Activity Manager we are looking for a permanent Test Analyst. The role will be to provide customers test & certification services in the payment industry. We work with an international team located worldwide (Taiwan, France, India, Japan, Canada).
ACTIVITIES:
Method / production
- Perform test sessions in compliance with related Quality Assurance Plan
- Analyze test data and results
- Write test reports and continuously improve towards minimizing detected issues during reviews
- Understand tests purpose in regard of customer needs and specificities within testing scope
- Write technical documentation and participate in building the internal knowledge base
- Provide technical consulting / debug services to customers (remote or at customer premises)
- Provide technical support internally
Quality:
- Ensure high quality of service at any time
- Ensure the quality process is applied
- Increase skills range and ensure the maintenance of the acquired skills
- Make suggestions for improvements
- Collect and distribute customers feedback.
Communication:
- Be the technical contact for the customer
- Attend suggested internal trainings
- Actively participate in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a Testing related role is a plus but we are also happy to consider fresh graduates
- EMV L1 testing knowledge as an asset
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Completed studies in an bachelor's degree related field or Electronic or Electric Engineering.
- Knowledge on development languages and on electronics and electric processes
- Fluency in English
Contract: Permanent
