Senior / Staff Contract Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
- Allocating resources effectively and ensuring high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
- Assuring construction projects meet agreed legal, regulatory and company standards
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress, acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers
- Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
- Managing construction schedules and dealing with any unexpected costs
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
- Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
- Communicate contract-related information and provide advice to relevant stakeholders
- Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal Related Degrees, preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in written communication
- Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.
- Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
- Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio
- Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
WORKPLACE
- Travel Required - Yes
- You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia
- If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
