Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP GRC, you will design, implement, configure, and maintain SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions for clients, serving as a trusted expert and providing high-quality results and business advice. You will work closely with clients to understand their GRC requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Lead Client Engagements: Serve as a client-facing lead, responsible for understanding client GRC requirements and developing solutions that meet their specific needs. • Design and Implement SAP GRC Solutions: Design and implement SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance Management, and configure and customize SAP GRC modules to meet client requirements. • Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base, staying up-to-date with the latest SAP GRC solutions and trends. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing advice on security approach, governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around the SAP GRC Access Control modules. • Analyze Reports and Formulate Recommendations: Review and analyze reports from SAP GRC Access Control and formulate recommendations. **Required technical and professional expertise** • SAP GRC Solution Design: Experience with designing and implementing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance Management. • SAP GRC Module Configuration: Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet client requirements, with a deep understanding of the system. • Security Approach Development: Experience with developing and implementing security approaches, governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around the SAP GRC Access Control modules. • Technical Documentation Management: Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases related to SAP GRC solutions. • Report Analysis and Recommendation: Experience in reviewing and analyzing reports from SAP GRC Access Control and formulating recommendations for improvement. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • SAP GRC Solution Optimization: Experience with optimizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Compliance Management, to meet client-specific needs. • Advanced SAP GRC Module Configuration: Experience in advanced configuration and customization of SAP GRC modules, with a deep understanding of the system and its applications. • Security Framework Development: Experience with developing and implementing comprehensive security frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around the SAP GRC Access Control modules.
