Role Overview:
Assist the NPI team in the preparation for, conduct of, and data documentation of process trials, repair source substantiation demonstrations.
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering graduates with strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, drawings, and GD&T, who learn quickly, communicate well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T, Technical Writing, Lean principles.
Able to work independently with initiative, with good communication and collaboration skills.
