Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that strengthen product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across key customer segments.
    • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
    • Lead end-to-end product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to maximize awareness and adoption.
    • Design and optimize feature adoption, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns using customer insights, behavioral data, and product-led growth strategies.
    • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product guides, blogs, videos, white papers, and in-product educational content.
    • Partner with brand, demand generation, and partner marketing teams to align messaging and support integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, gather customer feedback, and continuously refine marketing strategies to improve business outcomes.
    • Enable sales teams with competitive intelligence, positioning frameworks, and customer-focused messaging that supports revenue growth.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with a proven record of successful product launches, messaging development, and feature adoption initiatives.
      • Strong ability to translate market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into effective go-to-market strategies.
      • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.
      • Experience designing and executing product launch campaigns that generate market awareness and measurable user engagement.
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, performance metrics, and benchmarking to optimize marketing campaigns and product adoption.
      • Familiarity with AI technologies and modern go-to-market strategies that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
      • Demonstrated success collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
      • Strong organizational, project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Klue, Highspot, or similar sales enablement and marketing technologies is considered an advantage.
