In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Your role and responsibilities As an Associate ServiceNow Developer, you will support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working alongside experienced team members and clients, you will help translate business requirements into technical solutions, support integrations, and contribute to the delivery of scalable and maintainable applications. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who bring strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn enterprise platforms in a team-based environment.Your primary responsibilities will include:Support ServiceNow Solution Development: Assist in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business and operational needs.Collaborate on Requirements and Solution Design: Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and help translate them into technical designs and platform configurations.Contribute to Integrations: Support the development and maintenance of integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and standard integration methods.Develop and Configure Platform Functionality: Write and maintain scripts and queries, including JavaScript and SQL, to extend and support ServiceNow functionality.Support Testing and Troubleshooting: Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment activities to help ensure reliable and smooth solution delivery.Contribute to Reusable Components and Best Practices: Help create reusable components, documentation, and development best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across solutions.Stay Current with Platform Enhancements: Build knowledge of ServiceNow product releases, features, and enhancements, and help assess how they may benefit clients. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Graduated in the last 24 months (MBA not accepted)Agentic and Generative AI: Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to support software development, documentation, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval.
