In this role, you will impact the efficiency and safety of our electrical systems, ensuring that all installations and repairs are performed to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing downtime and maintaining the reliability of our electrical infrastructure.
Produce high-quality products and services for our customers. You will be required to meet production output, customer specifications, and site quality expectations. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, set up, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical install and wiring, continuous process improvement, and adherence to safety, production and quality expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow direction of specifications, blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and descriptions to determine sequence, tolerances, and adjustments.
- Install controls and power wiring, including troubleshooting electrical issues and appropriate testing and inspection of electrical components.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures, as appropriate.
- Measure, examine, assemble, test and complete product, including detection of defects, to ensure specification conformance using precision testing instruments and specified programs.
- Accurately track and log assembly time sheets for each build and tear down.
- Properly identify and document QMS and department procedures.
- Adherence to all safety guidelines and plant rules.
- Perform regular maintenance of tools and electrical wiring.
- Safe operation of the forklift, scissor lift and all other lift assist and tools.
- Participate in and support the principle in lean manufacturing concepts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge and understanding of AC/DC circuitry, PLC and 480 Volt 3 Phase.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 40 pounds.

- 1+ year of experience in industrial assembly and electrical wiring.
- Mechanical aptitude, mathematical and problem-solving ability.
- An ability to troubleshoot and multi-task on projects.
- Working knowledge and experience using hand tools.
- Strong work-ethic, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- An ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
- An ability to communicate information clearly and accurately report on assignments.
