Accountabilities:

    The Senior Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that support identity lifecycle management, improve security controls, and enable efficient business operations. This role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable solutions.

    • Partner with IT, HR, security, and business stakeholders to define, document, and improve Joiner, Change, and Leaver identity workflows.
    • Design and implement automated solutions that accelerate provisioning, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and strengthen security and compliance.
    • Build and maintain integrations between HR platforms, identity systems, IT service management tools, and endpoint management solutions.
    • Develop automation workflows supporting employee lifecycle processes, including identity creation, access changes, software enablement, and license management.
    • Create and maintain integrations across enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, ServiceNow, Dayforce, CyberArk, Jira, Jamf, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams, application owners, and data stakeholders to deliver reliable automation outcomes.
    • Develop self-service tools, operational runbooks, technical documentation, and standard procedures.
    • Build solutions using PowerShell, APIs, workflow platforms, and identity automation tools.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize infrastructure and identity processes.
    • Troubleshoot complex automation and identity issues while communicating solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in identity management, infrastructure automation, and enterprise systems integration. They should be comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

      • 5+ years of experience developing infrastructure automation solutions.
      • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
      • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible and/or SaltStack.
      • Experience working with REST APIs, data ETL processes, and workflow automation tools.
      • Experience with Git-based version control, release management processes, and automated testing practices.
      • Hands-on experience managing and improving Azure AD/Entra ID environments, including hybrid identity, conditional access, multifactor authentication, and identity lifecycle processes.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable automation solutions.
      • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical challenges.
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
      • Experience with integration and workflow tools such as Aquera or Active Roles is preferred.
      • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools including Ansible or Terraform is a plus.
      • Experience with access and authentication technologies such as CyberArk or TACACS is beneficial.
      • Knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Intune or Jamf is preferred.
      • Experience with HCM platforms such as Dayforce is a plus.
      • Python programming experience is advantageous.
