Job Responsibilities:

    1. Incident & Service Management
    ▸ Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring timely escalation where required.
    ▸ Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
    ▸ Document resolutions, root causes, and updates in accordance with operational processes.
    ▸ Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and Windows server environments.
    2. System Monitoring & Infrastructure Management
    ▸ Proactively monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog,PagerDuty).
    ▸ Respond to alerts across critical, warning, and error thresholds.
    ▸ Perform system upgrades, patch management, and scheduled maintenance activities.
    ▸ Manage and optimize server resources including CPU, memory, and storage capacity.
    3. Network Administration
    ▸ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network connectivity including static, dynamic, and failover tunnels.
    ▸ Perform routing updates, ASA licensing activities, and IP whitelisting tasks.
    ▸ Execute network security tasks such as IP blocking (shunning) and tunnel resets.
    4. Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    ▸ Administer Active Directory (AD) user accounts, group memberships, and access policies.▸ Support identity synchronization between AD and Okta environments.
    ▸ Provision and maintain internal and customer user accounts in alignment with security policies.
    5. Database Administration Support
    ▸ Manage database-level access control, including granting and revoking SQL permissions.
    ▸ Support integration of identity groups with database systems.
    6. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) Management
    ▸ Configure and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, and IAM components.
    ▸ Monitor cloud utilization and implement cost optimization measures.
    ▸ Perform scheduled backups, scaling, and disaster recovery support activities.
    ▸ Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-level issues within cloud environments.
    ▸ Integrate cloud services with on-premises and third-party systems.
    7. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    ▸ Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, IIS services, hardware concerns, and access-related issues.
    ▸ Manage service configurations, permissions, and software installations.
    ▸ Support authentication-related issues including MFA resets and monitoring tool components.
    8. AI Enablement in NOC Operations
    ▸ Utilize AI tools to support operational efficiency in incident analysis and reporting.
    ▸ Perform summarization of alerts, logs, and incident data for operational insights.
    ▸ Develop structured prompts for root cause analysis, escalation notes, and customer communications.
    ▸ Validate AI-generated outputs before operational use.
    ▸ Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards when using AI tools.

Job Requirements:

    ▸ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    ▸ 4–5 years of relevant experience in System Administration or NOC operations.
    ▸ Experience with monitoring tools..
    ▸ Strong knowledge of networking concepts including VPNs, tunnels, and ASA configurations.
    ▸ Working knowledge of Active Directory, Okta, SQL, and server administration practices.
    ▸ Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. ▸ Hybrid work model (Work From Office / Work From Home).
    ▸ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
    ▸ Availability outside standard business hours based on operational requirements.
