About Imagen
Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of 2026, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.

Responsibilities:
- Be a physician's go-to partner. Serve as the personal, named point of contact for specialists throughout onboarding—introducing yourself early, setting expectations, and guiding them through each step with warmth and clarity.
- Triage questions on scheduling, benefits, equipment, and reading preferences; coordinate with the right internal teams; and close the loop back to the physician promptly.
- Communicate proactively and with good news. Keep physicians informed at every milestone—and reach out proactively when, for example, progress allows for an earlier start date.
- Drive continuous process optimization. Spearhead strategic cross-functional projects to refine, scale, and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding workflow, ensuring a frictionless and premium provider experience.
- Analyze data to compress ramp times. Conduct deep-dive data analysis to isolate bottlenecks, uncover operational inefficiencies, and develop actionable strategies to cut down provider ramp-to-productivity duration.
- Enhance start-date predictability. Build data-driven models and analyze historical onboarding cycle times to improve projected start dates, mitigate delays, and increase cross-functional resource planning accuracy.
- Keep onboarding on track. Maintain an accurate, real-time picture of where every specialist stands, anticipate risks, and keep tasks moving across the teams involved in onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience (internships included) in operations, client/customer success, analytics, consulting, or research.
- Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable being a primary point of contact for physicians.
- A genuine service mindset and care for delivering a premium, white-glove experience.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; able to manage many physicians and work streams at once without dropping a thread.
- Comfort working with data to track progress and find root causes.
- Track record of independent project management and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
