CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of leading global private markets manager CVC, is the majority shareholder in Low Carbon. Working alongside MassMutual, CVC DIF will enable Low Carbon to significantly expand its installed capacity and drive the next stage of growth as a diversified, leading next-generation IPP.
Role Description
As Team Coordinator you will provide high-quality, proactive support to the Head of Development, Poland, alongside broader administrative and coordination support to the Poland Development team. The role acts as a central point of organisation, ensuring the team operates smoothly, efficiently, and with strong internal coordination. You will take responsibility for ensuring that our development team in Poland is a well-run and maintained professional environment for our Low Carbon staff and guests.
This role will be based in our new Polish office. The role will initially be part-time, working 3 days per week, equivalent to 22.5 hours per week. There is flexibility for these hours to be spread across the week, for example by working shorter hours over more days.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
- Manage meeting calendars and coordinate business travel (domestic and international).
- Coordinate document workflow within the company (contract execution, archiving, liaison with law firms and other service providers).
- Prepare expense reports and process invoice settlements in internal systems.
Communication and Relationships
- Bridge to HQ: Maintain regular communication with the London office on administrative, HR, and operational matters.
- Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) and meeting notes for management meetings.
- Organise visits for international guests and coordinate local company events.
- Support in marketing and external communication.
Office Management
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including coordinating courier services, office supplies procurement, and other administrative services.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees in the Polish office
- General tidiness in the office,
