Your future missions:
As a pivotal member of the Finance Controlling leadership team, you will stand at the heart of our company's evolution. This is more than a controlling role; it is a strategic mission to steer our most ambitious Transformation and Digital journeys. You will be the financial architect behind the systems and processes that define our future, providing the insight and foresight necessary to drive high-stakes decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
You will manage a team of 5 people.
Your main responsibilities are:
EII - IM Run Costs (€200m)
Drumbeat IM recurring costs (in France, Germany and Spain) to secure adherence to target and deliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July),
Build the proper planning (OP and Budget) and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecasts
Be responsible for the IM chargeback to functions (in France and Germany) and intercompany cost rebalancing
Participate to CFTs as finance focal point and support all improvement initiatives targeting saving (SCORE)
Secure EII Function cost follow-up and good delta recovery adherence
Follow-up the BCase for the IM Insourcing project (up to 2029) and secure expected savings
Align with the IM group finance team on the Group CFT and specific project and processes
CPP Portfolio Controlling (€225m - 180 projects)
In deep collaboration with the CPP Portfolio responsible secure projects adherence to Target and proper company arbitration
Support the Portfolio responsible in his task of process definition and arbitration process
Manage all stakeholder (Function representatives / Technical authorities / Finance focal point) and be the single source of Truth for all data
Deliver the financial reporting (monthly excl Jan & July) of the 4 layers incl detail per projects
Build the proper planning (OP) after project arbitration and deliver monthly Rolling Forecast and 3 YE forecasts after intermediate arbitration loop
In all that you will have to secure the saving estimation for each projects and the function adherence in including them in their OP
Secure the proper yearly German/France cost rebalancing for major projects financed centrally (Group Cost) and support the “Blaue Mappe” audit review in Germany
Project controller of NewERP (€45m ) DDMS (€20m) and other Digital/Transfo Projects (45m€ - 65 projects)
Be the safeguard of the Business case and its evolutions / EaC for major projects and secure saving traceability
Deliver for all projects the monthly reporting to the project team and secure planning (OP and 3 FCs), Secure year end landing in adherence to target.
Ensure the proper capitalisation of cost for ERP & DDPS and align with the Group on recharging
EIA / E / L / T Function controlling and IM Capex (€20m) Controlling
Secure reporting and planning for the EI other scope
Secure IM capex arbitration and project follow, Asset follow-up, proper EiS and planning of depreciation scheme
Digital Innovation Controlling
Support the Digital innovation team in defining project financial assessment and RoI expected (including Artificial Intelligence projects)
