The Opportunity

As an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on quality engineering to enhance software development and testing processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving defects, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while fostering personal growth and technical development.

Responsibilities

- Implementing quality standards in software development and testing processes
- Identifying and resolving software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience
- Conducting functional and compatibility testing to validate software reliability
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Designing and managing quality assurance processes to improve software quality
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute test cases and protocols
- Applying quality assurance methodologies to evaluate and manage software testing
- Engaging in post go-live support to address and resolve any emerging issues
- Leveraging tools like Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Building meaningful client connections and managing client expectations effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Designing and executing test strategies for AI-enabled applications, including functional testing, regression testing, data validation, model-output evaluation, bias checks, and prompt/LLM response testing.
- Applying automation, test documentation, and risk-based testing practices to evaluate AI systems with probabilistic outputs and solution quality
- Utilizing Quality Assurance Engineering methodologies
- Excelling in Quality Assurance Process Design and Management
- Demonstrating proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Navigating complex client relationships with ease

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
