Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a global facilities and real estate strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and operational priorities.
- Lead site selection, lease negotiations, capital projects, portfolio optimization, and long-term asset planning.
- Oversee the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of complex technical environments, including laboratories, cleanrooms, and specialized facilities.
- Ensure reliability and availability of critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, power, and advanced technical equipment environments.
- Partner with engineering and research teams to support complex operational requirements and maintain high-performance facilities.
- Establish standards for maintenance, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and vendor performance.
- Develop and oversee global physical security strategies, including access control, surveillance, incident response, and risk mitigation programs.
- Protect employees, intellectual property, and critical assets through effective security governance and enterprise risk management.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive HSE program that ensures compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through risk assessments, audits, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team across facilities, security, and HSE functions.
- Establish governance frameworks, operational KPIs, policies, and reporting structures to improve performance and accountability.
- Manage budgets, capital investments, strategic vendors, and executive-level initiatives related to infrastructure and workplace operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience across facilities, security, health and safety, environment, or related operational functions.
- Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-site operations within highly technical, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale facilities programs, capital projects, and infrastructure strategies.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including OSHA, ISO standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting advanced research environments, laboratories, semiconductor, manufacturing, or similarly complex technical operations preferred.
- Expertise in physical security, enterprise risk management, and organizational resilience.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions and functional areas.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance operational priorities, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and long-term planning.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or similar qualification preferred.
- Must meet applicable U.S. person requirements, including eligibility as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident/green card holder, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status.

- Competitive annual compensation range of $344,000 - $412,500 USD, including incentive eligibility based on performance.
