Then bring your skills in compliance, risk & control management and communication to Citi’s Citi Security and Investigative Services Team.By joining Citi, you will become part of a global organization whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.Team/Role OverviewIndividuals in Cross Disciplinary Controls are responsible for multiple activities within the Controls capabilities such as assessment & design, MCA, Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing, Issue Management and/or Governance Reporting & Analysis for effective end to end oversight, design, implementation, and execution of controls. Individuals in this role may cover a broad range of in-business/function risk and control responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role.What you’ll doAct as the Global Service Recipient for the simplified CSIS ICSA Structure and perform all related administrational task (e.g. Annual SRO Attestation)Perform ICSA (Inter-Company Service Agreement) and Outsourcing Management by supporting the documentation and tracking of o ICSA Maintenance (Validation, Termination and creation of ICSAs/Service IDs) o Business Outsourcing Proposals (BOPs) and Additional Document Requirements (ADRs). o Service Attestations for the on-site Service Recipient Owners.Perform administrative tasks related to data privacy, including assisting in the coordination and tracking of: o Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs). o Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) requests.Perform analysis on effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.Participate in enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk.Assist in the execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies.Contribute to the oversight of the MCA program, including the annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight, and related reporting.Help assist in the execution of the MCA in accordance with the ORM Policy & Framework, as well as applicable Policies, Standards, and Procedures.Assess activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures to strengthen risk management quality.Help manage of issues with key stakeholdersParticipate in issue quality reviews ensuring compliance with IssueManagement Policy, Standards and ProceduresDevelop standardized risk and controls reporting to ensure sound, reliable, and consistent information exists across the organization, enabling better management and decision-making in line with the expectations of senior management, Board, and Regulators.Be involved in operations of Citi's governance committees, including coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.What we’ll need from youBachelor’s degree/University degree.5+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry.Strong knowledge in the development and execution for controls.Proven experience in control related functions in the financial industry.Proven experience in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.Understanding of Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risk and control activities and processes.Strong verbal and written...
