Financial Analyst – Business Operations Support
About the Role
This role sits within the Global Procurement and Travel & Payment Solutions team and acts as a hybrid between Finance, Operations, and Customer Support. The role serves as a key connector (‘glue’) between global travel programs, payment solutions, and IQVIA Concierge Travel Services (ICTS).
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial postings, reconciliations, and journal entries in ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft)
Reconcile high-volume transaction data (e.g., airline tickets, meetings & events spend)
Manage and analyse virtual credit card transactions and payment flows
Prepare cost breakdowns and financial summaries for meetings, travel, and events
Support global travel program and payment solutions operations
Interact with internal stakeholders (from operational level to senior leadership) to resolve queries
Support ICTS team with financial processes related to meetings and events
Own and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Automation & Data
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
Build solutions using Power Automate, Copilot, or similar tools
Lverage Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Tools & Systems
SAP, PeopleSoft (ERP)
Excel (advanced)

Coupa, Concur (Expense & Booking)
Citibank / American Express platforms
Profile
3+ years in finance / accounting / shared services
Strong Excel and data handling skills
Experience with ERP systems and reconciliation processes
Strong communication and customer-facing mindset
Proactive, independent, problem-solving attitude

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 18.900,00 € - 28.300,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
