Head of GTM Operations
Role responsibilities
This role will design, implement, and measure the customer journey across both PLG and SLG motions, acting as a business partner to senior leaders. The Head of GTM Operations will manage complex cross-functional work streams and drive transformational change to innovate the GTM motion.
Requirements
Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. A deep fluency in the B2B SaaS GTM model and experience managing multi-tiered teams is essential.
