Accountabilities:

• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and regression test cycles across web platforms, admin systems, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Create and manage detailed test cases covering critical user journeys, new features, payment flows, subscription processes, and customer-facing functionality.
• Perform functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems, including iOS and Android applications.
• Validate API functionality using tools such as Postman and investigate backend issues through database queries and technical analysis.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for production releases by identifying defects, verifying fixes, testing hotfixes, and ensuring deployment readiness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues reported through support channels, project management systems, and engineering workflows.
• Use device testing platforms, mobile testing tools, and analytics solutions to identify stability issues and improve user experience.
• Analyze application performance data through tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, analytics platforms, and user behavior tracking solutions.
• Apply security testing practices using tools and methodologies such as OWASP where required.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve QA efficiency through test case generation, bug reporting, exploratory testing, and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities to introduce lightweight automation and improve testing processes using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Maintain testing documentation, quality standards, troubleshooting guides, and reports while communicating results clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications, APIs, admin platforms, and mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in designing, documenting, and maintaining regression test plans and structured test cases.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and/or Swagger.
• Working knowledge of SQL and MySQL, including the ability to write queries for data validation, debugging, and test data preparation.
• Experience testing mobile applications using tools such as LambdaTest, Apple TestFlight, and Google Play Internal Testing.
• Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Crashlytics, and user behavior platforms.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools such as GitLab, JIRA, or similar systems.
• Basic understanding of web application security testing and OWASP security practices.
• Strong ability to perform cross-browser and cross-device testing with a methodical approach.
• Comfortable using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve productivity and enhance QA workflows.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply emerging AI technologies within testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify root causes of issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities effectively.

• USB headset with noise cancellation for clear communication during meetings.
• Stable wired internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
