Accountabilities :
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision while contributing to roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Leverage AI technologies to design, prototype, and validate new product features and enhancements.
- Use customer insights, product analytics, and business data to guide investment decisions and maximize product impact.
- Drive the commercialization of new features and product offerings to support business growth and customer adoption.
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Lead the end-to-end user feedback lifecycle, translating customer needs into actionable product improvements.
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms, healthcare technology partners, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team while fostering collaboration across globally distributed teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in product management, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
- Proven success leading product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional product delivery as a Product Manager or Group Product Manager.
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools for software development, product design, prototyping, or feature development.
- Strong track record of building customer-centric, data-driven products and making informed investment decisions based on product performance.
- Solid technical understanding of web applications, REST APIs, SQL databases, and version control systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with mentoring, coaching, and growing high-performing product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with distributed teams and a strong bias toward innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; prior healthcare technology experience is considered an advantage.
