About the Role
At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll take ownership of Google Ads, SEO, social media engagement, and campaign performance. You’ll continuously analyze data, test new ideas, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and measurable business growth.

What You’ll Own
Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
- Search
- Display
- Remarketing
- Conduct keyword research and campaign planning.
- Write and test high-converting ad copy.
- Optimize:
- Cost Per Click (CPC)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance.
- Continuously test and improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Manage company presence across:
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts.
- Monitor audience growth and engagement metrics.
- Support brand visibility and community engagement initiatives.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as:
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Optimize:
- Website metadata
- On-page content
- Internal linking
- Technical SEO elements
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Identify content opportunities and SEO growth initiatives.
- Support ongoing website optimization efforts.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor performance across:
- Paid campaigns
- Organic traffic
- Social media
- Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Prepare reports highlighting:
- Key insights
- Performance trends
- Optimization opportunities
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates and testing results.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
- Proven SEO experience using:
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Or similar SEO platforms.
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- PPC strategy
- CPC
- CTR
- Conversion tracking
- CPA
- ROAS
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
