Single PositionExplore a Career With UsView All JobsAVP Futures Operations Client Service OfficerMUMBAI, Mahārāshtra, IndiaApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobUpload your resumeJob descriptionJob ID26980203Date posted07/16/2026DepartmentOperations - Transaction ServicesThe Sec & Derivatives Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for managing clients for Markets business in coordination with the Operations / Business teams.In this role, you’re expected to: The role would be managerial role and will act as a Client Service Officer (CSO) to support CGM India's Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Clearing and Execution business across Equities and CurrenciesThe hire will support in resolution of day to day / ad hoc client queries related to margining, settlement, reportingAssist in Client On-boarding of electronic / non-electronic clients, liaise with internal Compliance / Legal teamsMonitoring the client credit utilizations, margin utilizations, risk alertsMonitoring and Tracking client collateral infusion / withdrawals, coordinating with client / custody / PB for the sameMonitoring and Tracking Corporate Action and ensuring client communication on the sameMonitoring and tracking client invoicing / receiptsKeep abreast of latest exchange / regulatory policies around risk management and marginingAct as a subject matter expert on the India trading / risk management regulationsProviding customized / tailor made reporting solutions to clientsPeriodic client meetings and update on India marketAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: :5-8 years of relevant experienceFundamental understanding of Capital markets and derivatives productsProven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environmentAbility to work in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated knowledge of MS excel/ macros/ PowerPointConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experiencePost graduadate degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
