We need a Sales Rep based in Chicago who can take qualified opportunities and drive them to close — fast, clearly, and consistently. This is a full-cycle role. You'll run demos, handle objections, follow up relentlessly, and close deals. You'll work directly with the founding team with no long approval chains and no bureaucracy.What you'll doRun product demos for trucking company owners and dispatchers — clear, confident, and tailored to the prospectManage your pipeline from first contact through signed contractFollow up consistently and move deals forward without being pushedHit monthly revenue targetsKeep CRM accurate and up to dateFeed market feedback directly to the product teamWhat we're looking for2+ years in a closing sales role — you've carried a quota and hit itStrong English communication — written and spoken, comfortable with U.S. clientsHigh discipline and consistency — you don't need to be managed closelyComfortable with targets and rejection — both are just part of the jobFast learner who gets deep on a product quicklyNice to haveExperience selling to SMBs or in logistics / trucking / SaaSFamiliarity with U.S. business norms and buyer behaviorBackground in outbound-heavy or phone-first salesWho we areWe're a small team building hard things.
