Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.This position is a home office-based role.Develop the neuroscience portfolio strategy including medical scientific narrative alignment to resources across all Neuroscience FM teams & HO teamsIdentify and provide innovative data visualization vehicles for Neuroscience field team members to utilizeCollaborate and provide direction to FM Neuroscience trainers to develop and execute on FM training strategyDirector US FM Portfolio Strategy will be responsible for development, enhancement, and pull-through of HCP engagement strategies, including proactive resources, across NeuroscienceCollaborate with stakeholders and leads development and execution of Neuroscience portfolio strategy plan that is aligned with the US medical matrix teams and can be further customized to meet specific team needsJob ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the US FM Neuroscience portfolio strategy and identify innovative solutions to support scientific exchangePartner with WW Medical Learning (FM Neuroscience Training) to ensure training for new resources, processes, technology, or soft-skills for the MSL functionOversee Neuroscience portfolio strategy, ensuring accountability through institution of quality measuresCollaborate with field and home office medical leadership, and associated meeting planners to oversee field medical resource and knowledge enhancement at virtual or in-person meetingsWork with matrix stakeholders to streamline the development and deployment of innovative resources and tactics to Neuroscience FM teamsRepresent Neuroscience FM as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders related to field medical portfolio strategy, including resources, and execution timelinesIdentify existing and co-create new resources from/with HOM and training where appropriate for US FM Neuroscience portfolio usePartner with HOM Team Leads, VP Field Medical & FM Leadership, as well as FM Trainers on training needs identification and planningCollaborate with VP Field Medical to provide strategic insight to Market Research design and execution activities.
