Responsible for delivering sales, volume, market share, and profitability targets across the assigned territory and customer segments. Drives business growth through new customer acquisition, development of existing accounts, distributor management, and strategic partner relationships. Leads sales and business development activities, supports customer conversion and product adoption, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve regional objectives. Oversees forecasting, reporting, financial performance, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

  • Deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets within the assigned territory for Automotive Refinish and Commercial Vehicle Refinish segment.

  • Drive market share growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts 

  • Increase distribution reach and market penetration, including coverage beyond key territories

  • Manage and develop distributor performance against KPIs (sales targets, coverage, product mix) 

  • Generate and convert qualified sales pipeline to secure sustainable revenue growth 

  • Support customer conversion and product adoption through active field engagement 

  • Build strong relationships with key partners and develop new ones 

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking 

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying actionable growth opportunities

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Achieve sales and profitability targets across assigned countries.

  • Strategic Leadership

    • Integrate sales, technical service, and business strategies to meet regional goals.

    • Represent the voice of the customer in product management, marketing, and R&D discussions.

    • Provide business development ideas aligned with long-term strategy.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement

    • Implement business-related services and support programs.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Collaborate daily with EMEA staff, GSC teams, and corporate functions.

    • Monitor financial performance, including P&L, accruals, and rebates in cooperation with finance teams.

    • Maintain ERP system functionality and ensure accurate data reporting.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Deliver detailed weekly and monthly forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.

    • Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities in direct and distribution segments.

  • Key Account & Supplier Management

    • Own and manage relationships with key third-party suppliers and partners.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within automotive refinish or related industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in an international environment.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
