Accountabilities:
- Manage the assigned product portfolio and identify market opportunities to increase growth and market share.
- Ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives within the assigned territory.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives by monitoring performance, providing guidance, and supporting individual growth plans.
- Accompany field activities, maintain relationships with key customers, and support effective demand-generation strategies.
- Create and execute action plans, track results, and adjust strategies to address performance gaps.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and product positioning initiatives.
- Manage available financial, operational, and human resources to maximize business performance.
- Analyze market intelligence, audit data, and competitive information to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, medical societies, key opinion leaders, associations, and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in scientific events, congresses, meetings, and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Medical, Marketing, Training, Commercial, and Sales Excellence to align strategies and share field insights.
- Support recruitment, team structuring, talent evaluation, and workforce development initiatives.
- Promote compliance standards and ensure ethical business practices are consistently followed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and commercial sales environments.
- Experience managing teams and developing sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, influence strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze business opportunities, market trends, and performance indicators.
- Strategic mindset with strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build long-term partnerships.
