Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient AI-powered automation solutions.
- Lead the implementation of enterprise workflow orchestration strategies using platforms such as n8n.
- Develop intelligent workflows, AI agents, and decision-making frameworks that enhance business operations.
- Architect API-first and event-driven integrations connecting enterprise systems, cloud services, and AI platforms.
- Establish engineering standards for automation development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and platform reliability.
- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment strategies for automation initiatives.
- Create reusable frameworks, workflow templates, prompt libraries, and automation accelerators to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and performance measurement for automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Conduct technical design reviews, workflow assessments, and post-incident analyses to continuously improve platform performance.
- Mentor engineers and implementation partners while promoting best practices in AI automation, workflow engineering, and responsible AI adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise automation, workflow engineering, integration engineering, or platform architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Boomi, or similar enterprise automation platforms.
- Expertise in API-first and event-driven architectures, including REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JWT, and secure integration practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation governance, observability, and platform reliability at enterprise scale.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience integrating AI and machine learning services, including large language models, into enterprise workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-value automation opportunities, deliver AI-enabled solutions, and measure business impact.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices.
