**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** Application Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 80% telecommuting permitted): * Prepare documentation and ensure new functionality is effectively transitioned to business users and interfacing application teams across collaboration platforms and distributed systems. * Design and develop enterprise content management and business process objects based on functional and business requirements. * Assist in designing and implementing enterprise application solutions by following established development standards and architectural guidelines. * Develop proof-of-concept (POCs) solutions and quick-win enhancements to address evolving business needs. * Contribute to development planning and manage work plans to support multiple parallel project deliverables. * Design distributed application strategies to ensure optimal system performance and scalability. * Monitor and report governance metrics to support ongoing optimization of enterprise content and distributed applications. * Evaluate and reuse existing application assets to maximize efficiency and long-term value. * Participate in architecture and design reviews for major enhancements, maintenance, and application support activities. * Review application design, source code, and related technical artifacts to ensure quality and compliance with standards. * Utilize: Enterprise Content Management System in SharePoint (in-Premises and Cloud), Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud (PAAS/SAAS), Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code Editor, PowerShell ISE, C#. Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related and two (2) years of experience as a Developer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Enterprise Content Management System in SharePoint (in-Premises and Cloud), Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud (PAAS/SAAS), Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code Editor, PowerShell ISE, C#. $118999 to $169000 per year.
