Product Manager CN2AU Inbound Programs, AU 3P FBA
Sydney, AustraliaFull-timePosted Jun 30, 2026
Open original postingToday, more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon are made from third-party businesses — that's $160B in sales, mostly from Small- and Medium-sized businesses. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) lets these Selling Partners hand the heavy lifting of warehousing, delivery, returns, and customer service to Amazon. In Australia, a large share of our FBA selection is shipped cross-border, and our 3P Supply Chain team builds the inbound transportation programs that get that inventory from origin into Australian fulfillment centres quickly, reliably, and at the right cost.
We are looking for an Owner and Builder to lead Amazon SEND, our cross-border inbound program for Selling Partners. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of program management, supply-chain operations, and seller experience. You will be the single-threaded AU owner for SEND, working across operations, transportation, fulfillment centres, finance, engineering, and carrier partners (including China-based teams) to make cross-border FBA faster, cheaper, and easier for sellers.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end SEND CN2AU program — ocean and air inbound from shipment creation through to receipt at the FC: carrier coordination, container/appointment management, cross-dock and FC routing decisions, and exception resolution.
Champion seller and carrier relationships, representing sellers' needs at Amazon and managing day-to-day coordination with China-origin and AU last-mile carriers across time zones.
Drive program adoption and growth — own the SEND adoption reporting and seller-targeting analysis, identify the highest-value seller opportunities, and partner with commercial teams on pricing/subsidy economics.
Manage inbound capacity and backlog across the AU FC network — partner with FC operations, the inbound NOC, and transportation to align container inflow with FC throughput and resolve congestion.
Design and implement SOPs that streamline inbound processes (e.g. FC reassignment/routing, sort-type validation, appointment and cross-dock management) and make them scalable and operator-ready.
Support carrier contracting (e.g. master transportation agreements and carrier RFPs) in partnership with commercial, legal, and China-based carrier-management teams.
Provide forecasting inputs to AU inbound planning cycles (OP1/3YP/3YF) and translate volume changes into capacity needs.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on supply-chain performance, carrier reliability, and seller behaviour using SQL and large datasets; publish recommendations and action plans grounded in data.
Deliver executive-level reporting and build clear communication channels at all levels — set expectations, give crisp status updates, and escalate effectively.
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- Speak and write in Mandarin
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
