The Role
We're looking for a results-driven and operationally sharp RCM Manager who will be responsible for growing and activating Overjet's Revenue Cycle Management product across our existing customer base. You'll be a key player at the intersection of sales and customer success — joining sales conversations, identifying upsell opportunities, and owning the full activation journey from contract through trained, live practice.
Responsibilities
Join sales calls and demos where RCM is part of the conversation, acting as the subject matter expert and helping prospects understand the value of Overjet's RCM offering
Partner with existing Overjet accounts to identify and execute RCM upsell opportunities, building relationships with dental office and central office leadership
Own the full RCM activation lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and training for newly converted accounts
Develop and refine scalable activation processes that minimize time-to-value and set practices up for long-term RCM success
Conduct regular check-ins with accounts post-activation to ensure strong utilization, satisfaction, and readiness for expansion
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to surface customer feedback and improve the RCM experience
Achieve individual metrics and KPIs across pipeline contribution, activation speed, and post-launch engagement
Employ the total office concept, ensuring every relevant member of the dental office staff — from front desk to billing — is engaged and trained on RCM workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or extensive equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or revenue cycle management in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
Demonstrated experience with upsells, expansions, or consultative sales motions
Familiarity with dental or medical billing, RCM workflows, or insurance processes strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting on sales calls and executive conversations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously
Excitement to learn about artificial intelligence, dentistry, and the evolving RCM landscape
Strong work ethic and hustle to drive results in a high-growth startup environment
