What this job involves:
The Performance Manager is responsible for managing deliverables and performing key tasks associated with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), rebate and fee collections, quarterly survey setup processes, and business review administration. This client-facing role requires the ability to provide customer-obsessed support to Vendors and Vendor Managers, both in-person and virtually. You will lead vendor performance data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with client objectives while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead Vendor Performance data collection and analysis to ensure alignment with client objectives and goals. Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of program objectives.
- Develop and manage reports, templates, and analysis consistent with company and client branding requirements. Oversee and engage Vendors on open tasks and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of every client interaction while still adhering to approved policies and procedures. Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process re-engineering, and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.
- Manage key performance indicators and track vendor compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate rebate and fee collection processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Administer quarterly survey setup processes and business review meetings with vendors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years prior experience in supply chain, operations, project, program, or change management.
- High level of critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor management or supplier performance management.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working in a client-facing role within a professional services environment.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
