This individual oversees all zone monitors, manages guest flow, enforces safety standards, and ensures every 2-hour session operates with precision and professionalism. This role blends safety leadership, operational discipline, and guest experience management. This role will pay an hourly rate of $23.00. The seasonal dates for this role will be July 1, 2026, to August 20, 2026. This position will remain open until August 20, 2026. Responsibilities Safety LeadershipMaintain visible and active supervision across all inflatable zones.Enforce all Space Jump! safety rules consistently and confidently.Ensure response time to any incident is under 20 seconds.Immediately intervene in unsafe behavior.Stop operations if conditions require (injury, equipment concern, overcrowding).Lead all emergency response procedures and document incidents properly.Session Control & Capacity ManagementOversee structured 2-hour session blocks.Verify that capacity does not exceed maximum occupancy.Supervise wristband color rotation and entry timing.Team LeadershipDirect and position all Zone Monitors strategically.Assign and rotate zone coverage.Conduct quick pre-shift team briefings.Monitor performance and professionalism of team members.Provide real-time coaching and correction.Serve as the escalation point for any guest concerns.Guest Experience OversightEnsure all guests are greeted and oriented properly.Support front desk when high-volume periods require backup.Engage positively with parents and address concerns calmly.Reinforce Jungle Island service standards at all times.Maintain a...
