Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will help customers successfully implement and adopt advanced developer-focused workflows while contributing to the evolution of technical solutions and processes. You will combine strong engineering expertise with customer-facing skills to identify challenges, create scalable resources, and influence product direction.

    • Partner directly with strategic customers to understand technical goals, workflows, development environments, and implementation requirements.
    • Lead technical discovery sessions, readiness assessments, and deployment planning to identify blockers and opportunities.
    • Provide hands-on implementation support, including configuration guidance, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical recommendations.
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams, product managers, and engineers to align customer objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
    • Capture customer feedback, technical patterns, product gaps, and workflow insights to inform engineering and product improvements.
    • Create reusable technical resources, including implementation guides, troubleshooting documentation, checklists, and enablement materials.
    • Define success metrics for customer engagements, including adoption, setup efficiency, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction.
    • Help establish scalable processes and operating models for a forward-deployed engineering function.
    • Translate real-world customer experiences into actionable product insights and roadmap recommendations.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings a strong software engineering foundation combined with experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable navigating technical ambiguity, communicating complex concepts clearly, and driving solutions from discovery through implementation.

      • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar position.
      • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including source control, local development environments, deployment workflows, debugging, and build systems.
      • Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges with enterprise customers and drive successful implementations.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Ability to operate in fast-changing environments by creating processes, collaborating across teams, and adapting to evolving technologies.
      • Familiarity with developer tools, AI-powered products, collaboration platforms, or design-to-engineering workflows is a plus.
      • Experience supporting enterprise implementations, migrations, onboarding programs, or technical enablement initiatives is preferred.
      • Understanding of frontend development, design systems, component libraries, CI/CD pipelines, monorepos, developer infrastructure, or platform engineering is advantageous.
      • Ability to translate customer feedback and technical insights into product improvements, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
