As a Sea Logistics Intermodal Expert, you will play a critical role in coordinating inland transportation and intermodal operations while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

How you create impact

• Coordinate and manage inland transportation and intermodal operations for import and export shipments.
• Ensure seamless execution of freight movements by collaborating with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, providing visibility and proactive communication regarding shipment status, delays, and operational updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to ensure service quality and operational performance.
• Analyze operational KPIs and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
• Resolve operational issues, exceptions, and service disruptions while implementing corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Sea Logistics, Intermodal Transportation, Inland Transportation, or International Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, intermodal transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Experience coordinating transportation providers and managing operational activities.
• Advanced customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• English proficiency B2+ - C1 (Interview in english)
