Accountabilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using HRIS reporting platforms and analytics tools.
    • Analyze workforce, compensation, turnover, compliance, and operational HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
    • Translate complex and evolving business requirements into scalable, accurate, and repeatable reporting solutions.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR reporting outputs through validation and quality assurance processes.
    • Create executive-ready dashboards and visual storytelling solutions using Power BI and HR reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
    • Apply data visualization best practices to present complex workforce information clearly to HR leaders and business stakeholders.
    • Partner with HR Business Partners and HR teams to understand analytical needs and provide recommendations based on data insights.
    • Act as a consultative resource by explaining HR metrics, trends, and reporting outcomes to non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with HRIS teams to align reporting solutions with system configurations, data structures, and reporting standards.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced HRIS reporting capabilities and analytics processes.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR reporting workflows, documentation, and report inventories.
    • Maintain reporting documentation and contribute to improving HR data governance practices.
    • Independently manage complex reporting projects and deliver analytical solutions from requirements gathering through completion.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years focused on HR analytics, reporting, or HR information systems.
      • Proven hands-on experience developing complex HR reports using UKG or similar HRIS reporting platforms.
      • Strong experience using IBM Cognos Analytics for HR reporting and data analysis.
      • Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
      • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
      • Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, reporting concepts, and analytical methodologies.
      • Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and analytical storytelling.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
      • Ability to independently manage complex reporting deliverables while prioritizing multiple business needs.
      • Experience working with global organizations or multi-region workforce data is preferred.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience supporting HRIS transformations, large-scale HR technology environments, or advanced reporting frameworks is a plus.
      • Ability to demonstrate previously developed dashboards, reports, or visualizations during the interview process.
