    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled product leader with experience building enterprise software products and collaborating deeply with engineering teams. You should be comfortable operating at both the strategic product level and the technical system level, with strong knowledge of cybersecurity, identity, and access management.

      • Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, as well as on-premise systems.
      • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical products with measurable customer and business outcomes.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to prioritize investments and improve product performance.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence engineering, security, design, and business stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex initiatives effectively.
      • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline preferred.
      • Builder mindset with the ability to prototype solutions, understand code, and contribute to technical discussions.
      • Preferred qualifications include:

        • Previous engineering experience or demonstrated ability to create technical prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
        • Passion for identity security, infrastructure protection, and secure access workflows at enterprise scale.
