Accountabilities:
- Own the marketing production function as a centralized execution hub, creating workflows, processes, and systems that enable efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements and enterprise agreements into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverable pipelines.
- Manage custom client deliverables and ensure high-quality execution of co-branded assets while meeting contractual commitments.
- Partner with account management, sales, and cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Act as the operational lead for major initiatives, including product launches, brand updates, website projects, and other high-impact company milestones.
- Build, update, and troubleshoot marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, presentations, and campaign materials while maintaining strong quality standards.
- Serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint to ensure all marketing outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage marketing technology platforms, including CRM integrations, lead routing processes, data quality, and compliance requirements.
- Optimize workflows through automation, process improvements, and effective management of digital asset systems.
- Maintain internal communication systems to ensure teams have visibility into marketing launches, priorities, and upcoming initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support successful project delivery.
- Track and report on campaign execution, production timelines, operational performance, and marketing efficiency.
- Create scalable processes that improve collaboration, reduce bottlenecks, and increase marketing impact.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative production, project management, or a related field within an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven ability to build scalable systems while remaining hands-on with tactical execution and technical problem-solving.
- Strong experience managing marketing workflows, production pipelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, along with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow and design tools including Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and improving operational efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset and ability to identify issues before launch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex timelines and operational challenges into clear updates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring colleagues, or managing external partners is preferred.
- Competitive annual salary range of $112,000–$140,000 based on experience and qualifications.
