If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.About the roleEvents at Xelix aren’t a supporting act - they’re one of our primary demand generation and pipeline acceleration channels. We run a strong, established programme of around 50 events a year, and we’re now looking for someone to take that foundation further: tighter integration with our broader marketing mix, a more deliberate structure across the funnel, and a sharper connection to our ABM and target account strategy.We’re building a community, and events are central to how that grows - creating brand moments that people remember long after they leave. The unglamorous logistics are part of the job, but so is the buzz of a room where everyone leaves talking about Xelix. It’s a role that keeps you on your toes and never stops being interesting.What you'll ownStrategy and programme design• Own the annual events calendar across formats and funnel stages, ensuring the right balance of demand creation and pipeline acceleration• Develop a framework for how different event types serve different commercial goals and use it to drive better investment decisions• Work toward a fully integrated model - events connected to ABM strategy,...
