We power decision-making for Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates with deep data and insights.About the RoleAs a Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Data at Tracxn, you’ll lead programs focused on building and maintaining our core data assets, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems. You will break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects, design testing frameworks, and ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and is ideal for individuals passionate about data, AI, and process excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition and enrichment, primarily leveraging LLMs.Ownership of Core Data: Take full responsibility for building and maintaining key data points driving private market intelligence.Project Structuring: Break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.Testing & Quality Assurance: Design rigorous frameworks to evaluate data-building strategies and continuously monitor data quality.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, clearly communicating strategies, findings, and results.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and optimize workflows.What We’re Looking For2-6 years of experience in technical program management or a related technical role, with a background in engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar) being a plus.Proven experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate technical concepts.Disciplined, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning.What You Can Expect at TracxnFixed work timings - 9 hrs × 5 days.
