IT Specialist (INFOSEC)

This position serves as a IT Specialist (INFOSEC), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for performing information security administration and project management, as well as budgetary program analysis and management. The duties and responsibilities for a IT Specialist (INFOSEC) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Monitors activities to assess staff security awareness. Manages high-risk IT projects involving enterprise integrations. Provides advice to support complex information security decisions. Develops security plans to ensure compliance with federal standards. Leads analysis of issues that impact component organizations.
