Accountabilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with account managers and leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, employee documentation, and compliance-related information.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while prioritizing urgent staffing needs and deadlines.
- Use recruiting systems and workforce management platforms to track candidates and support hiring operations.
- Adapt sourcing strategies to meet changing client demands and high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Occasionally support evening or weekend recruiting activities to address time-sensitive staffing needs.
- 2+ years of dedicated recruiting experience focused on skilled trades, construction, or similar workforce sectors.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand recruiting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate information.
- Experience with MSP or VMS environments is a plus.
- Experience with recruiting platforms such as Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Additional monthly incentive and commission opportunities ranging from $2,500 to $3,500.
