You will be assisting them with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms. You will work closely with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally. As a Concierge Assistant, you’re not just greeting guests upon arrival - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Guest Welcome & Assistance: Greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms while providing hotel and local information.
Luggage Handling: Safely manage guest luggage and ensure proper delivery and storage.
Room Orientation & Departure: Introduce room features and assist with luggage during check-out.
Transportation Coordination: Support valet, airport transfers, and other transport needs in collaboration with the front office and concierge.
Service & Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service.
Cross-Department Support: Communicate guest needs to relevant departments and assist with room moves or special requests.
Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a smooth stay experience.
1–2 years of experience in guest services or bell attendant roles, preferably in hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
Physically fit to lift and carry luggage safely
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for service
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with hotel amenities, local attractions, and transport options preferred
