IT Field Service Technician
Role responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates should have 4+ years of IT desktop support or field technician experience, along with outstanding customer service skills in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking protocols is required, and prior Epic/EMR experience is preferred.
