What you will do:
*
End-to-End Grant Cycle Administration for Equity and Cash: Manage the entire grant cycle timeline and processes, from defining requirements in Workday, auditing and validating equity awards to ensure data integrity, and seeking approval on final grants from various stakeholders.

Program Management: Ensure we have up to date process documents, grant plans, guidance for associates, Source pages, and KBA articles
*
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams such as the People team, Communications, Payroll, and HRBPs to ensure the seamless execution of equity and ESPP programs
*
Employee Transitions: Provide support on the treatment of equity and cash plans during company to company employee mission moves.
*
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Partner with the Compliance team to maintain a comprehensive list of required filings and/or reporting and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure all compliance obligations are met in a timely manner.
*
Mobility & International Transfers: Work closely with the mobility team and external tax advisors to manage the equity implications of employee international transfers.
*
Stakeholder Support & Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the subject matter expert and key collaborator, in partnership with the People Helpdesk, to address inquiries regarding Equity, ESPP, and cash grants and ensure we are refining & growing our Knowledge base in Service Now.

Communication & Enablement: Develop and deliver clear communications to employees regarding their eligibility for ESPP and Equity plans, as well as updates and enhancements to these programs.
**Your role and responsibilities**
The Red Hat Global Compensation team is seeking a Compensation Analyst who will focus on Equity, Cash and IBM Employee Stock Purchase (ESPP) programs in support of Red Hat. In this role, you will be instrumental in the deployment, administration, and compliance of our global equity, cash plan and ESPP plans.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across People, Payroll, the IBM Equity team, and various vendors who help to administer our programs. This role requires a base understanding of equity compensation, strong analytical skills, complex problem solving skills, project management and, relationship building across many stakeholders
This position can be perfored from anywhere in the USA.
**Required technical and professional expertise**

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, solve complex problems, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
*
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
*
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
