Role responsibilities
Provide leadership to foster a positive team environment and manage team member training and development. Collaborate with leadership to achieve facility goals and perform daily inspections and assessments.
Requirements
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience managing a team and working in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
