Accountabilities
- Manage product catalogs across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate listings for printers, POS systems, tablets, and computer accessories.
- Create and optimize product pages using e-commerce SEO best practices, including keyword research, titles, descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and sales initiatives that improve conversion rates.
- Manage sales performance across multiple marketplaces while maintaining consistent pricing, inventory availability, and product information.
- Monitor storefront operations, including inventory updates, pricing adjustments, order tracking, and customer support coordination.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Track sales performance and operational metrics to support business decisions and revenue growth.
- Ensure smooth integration between different sales channels and internal processes.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance e-commerce strategies and digital sales performance.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or digital commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho e-commerce and product catalog management platforms.
- Experience managing products across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, including keyword optimization, product indexing, and metadata management.
- Knowledge of printers, POS systems, tablets, and computer accessories is highly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotions and sales campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple sales channels simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, inventory tracking, and sales analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
