As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
- Lead/support PI Planning and sprint execution; facilitate ceremonies (planning, standups, refinement, review, retro).
- Own project management tracking: maintain the delivery plan, milestones, RAID (risks/issues/dependencies), and action tracking through execution.
- Manage Jira end-to-end: backlog readiness, sprint setup, workflow hygiene, dashboards, and reporting.
- Coordinate release readiness and dependency management across teams; ensure clear cutover/go-live tracking where applicable.
- Maintain delivery documentation in Confluence (delivery plan, status updates, decisions, runbooks/notes) and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong SAFe/Agile delivery experience (PI/sprint cadence).
- Strong Jira expertise (backlogs, boards, dashboards, reporting).
- Experience building/maintaining delivery plans and driving execution tracking.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving/root-cause skills.
- Working knowledge of Confluence for documentation and delivery governance.
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
